Electric Type Collab - Shiny Vikavolt

I actually finished this a while ago but kept putting off scanning and editing it until today when I panicked in realizing that today was the deadline. I was testing out new pencil crayons with this too. This was actually really fun and I look forward to doing more collab's in the future. All day I just kept telling myself in my head "Vikavolt, vikavolt vikavolt vikavolt" and happily I remembered it. 

I have to thank my brother for editing the transparent background because I have no computer skills or photoshop skills whatsoever. I should really get on that. 

He wanted me to call this guy s00per k00l b0i at my expenses so I am now broadcasting this message from him. Anyways, all thanks to my brother!!!
